Dear DaVinci — The First 72 Hours: an interactive AI companion you tell what is happening, which helps you work out what matters next, along with supporting guidance material and the HQ you build inside it.

Your purchase includes permanent ownership of your HQ content.

Your sign-in is for you. Please don't share it. If you purchase Your Team or Whole Team, other people use their own private team links within the limit you purchased.

DaVinci's replies are generated by an AI system. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or wrong, and the AI can misunderstand you. Dear DaVinci staff do not routinely review your conversations. Your information is processed by third-party AI infrastructure used to provide the service, subject to those providers' applicable data-handling terms.

DaVinci uses what you tell it to understand your situation, organize it, remember relevant details and personalize what it says back. Some of what you see is what you told us, some is what you told us a professional said, and some is DaVinci's own inference — and the last of those can be wrong.

Verify anything important — medications, discharge instructions, diagnoses, benefits, legal or financial questions — with the qualified professional involved. Full detail is in the AI Disclosure.

We provide informational and organizational support. We are not a doctor, nurse, lawyer, financial professional, therapist, or emergency service, and nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. Caregiving and hospital-to-home guidance is help getting organized — never diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication interpretation, or individualized clinical decision-making.

Safety prompts are a backstop, not a guarantee. Dear DaVinci cannot be relied on to detect every emergency, dangerous condition, error, or important issue, and silence is never a sign that something is safe.

We make no claim of HIPAA compliance, medical device status, professional licensure, guaranteed accuracy, guaranteed safety, or clinical outcomes.

Decisions remain yours. You are responsible for the actions you take.

Use Dear DaVinci as a way to get oriented and organized, not as a source of verified fact. You agree not to rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions, and to check anything consequential with the appropriate professional.

What you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it to generate DaVinci's replies, and show it back to you. We don't sell it, and Dear DaVinci does not use it to train its own AI models. See the Privacy Policy.

We may update the experience, the material, and these terms. We'll keep your purchased access working.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. The service, including AI-generated output, is provided as-is and without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on AI-generated output, from information the AI missed, or from a safety prompt that did not appear.
