Mom falls.

Something changes.

A first.

An ending.

Something you never saw coming.

Suddenly, you're in charge.

And somehow you're supposed to know what to do next.

Cute. 😏

Why this exists

How Did We Get Here?

A Founder's Mild Obsession.

Two people sitting together at a table, one hand resting on another beside a warm cup of coffee

I've spent decades wondering:How do some people make hard things look easier?

Smith College. Harvard. Then years in Hollywood — writing, film development, and production — working alongside extraordinary talent, Academy Award-winning producers and studio executives, whose calendars could qualify as their own small countries.

Big personalities.
Bigger schedules.

What I learned didn't come from a textbook.

I learned it in motion.

Inside high-pressure environments where there was no room for disorganization, missed details, or unnecessary friction, I had to quickly learn how to build systems that supported complex lives and demanding careers.

Not just schedules and logistics.

The human side:

How people decide under pressure.
How they prioritize.
How they delegate.
How they protect creativity, energy, and momentum.
How they keep moving when everything changes.

Over time, that became a lifelong curiosity about the intersection of organization, psychology, neuroscience, habits, communication, productivity, motivation, spirituality, and what I call quantum performance — the fascinating mystery of human potential.

I wasn't studying high performance from a distance.

I was living inside it.

And somewhere along the way, I developed a mild obsession:

Why don't we get an instruction manual for being human?

You know the one.

The beautifully organized binder that says:

“Congratulations! Here's exactly what to do when life changes.”

So I started collecting answers instead.

Some people collect shoes.

I collected lessons.

From extraordinary people.
Impossible schedules.
Unexpected plot twists.
And my own beautifully messy experiments in reinventing myself.

I discovered something:

People who navigate complexity well always have something behind the scenes:

A system.
A structure.
A way forward.

And I kept asking:

Why shouldn't everyone have access to that?

Because I've also learned this personally:

Reinvention is a skill.

Life has given me my share of plot twists, detours, and complete rewrites. Each one taught me that starting over doesn't mean starting from zero.

It means using what you've learned.

InTheNext24 was built from that belief:

High performers have systems.

Why shouldn't everyone?

Not to run your life.

To get it back.

Two people walking together along a sunlit coastal path at golden hour
You don't have to walk it alone.

Good questions

Why not just figure it out myself?

You can. It usually means searching, asking, reading, sorting and remembering — while everything else is happening. InTheNext24 already knows the questions to ask, so you don't have to build the process from scratch.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a powerful general intelligence tool — it can answer almost anything. InTheNext24 is designed for a different moment: when life changes and you need direction, organization, and relief. ChatGPT begins with “What is your question?” InTheNext24 begins with “Tell me what happened.”

Think of ChatGPT as an enormous library. InTheNext24 is the guide who walks with you through the library when you don't know which book you need.

The difference isn't better AI. It's a different starting point, a different purpose, and a different outcome: not more information, but more direction, more clarity, and a path forward.

Do I have to talk out loud?

No. Write it or say it. Read it or hear it.

Want it on paper?

Print your HANDBOOK24.

Is this therapy, medical, or legal advice?

No. It's guided organization and orientation, not professional advice. When a situation calls for a professional, we help you get ready for that conversation.

Only for crises?

No. Changes, firsts, beginnings, endings, decisions, reinventions — and moments when you simply want to know what comes next.

Is my voice saved?

No. Your device's built-in speech recognition turns what you say into text. InTheNext24 doesn't save an audio recording. You decide what to keep, edit, delete or print.

Life shifts.

Plans change.

Chapters begin.

InTheNext24 helps you prepare, adapt, and move forward.

You don't need every answer.

Just your next move.
